Derek Holland
Derek graduated from Warwick University in 1980. He joined Hunt
& Hunt in 1987, becoming a partner in 1990. He is head of
the Litigation department, and works mainly with family cases,
partnership and property disputes, landlord and tenant, and
commercial and professional negligence claims. |
| Derek is an accredited specialist
member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association)
and a member of The Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
He sits as a deputy District Judge. |

Lynn Wilkins
Lynn graduated from the University of Westminster in
1993 and was articled to Hunt & Hunt where she completed
her training contract and was admitted as a Solicitor in November
1997. Since qualifying Lynn has worked in the Private Client
Department in the firm. |
| She became a partner in 2001
and is now head of the Private Client Department and deals primarily
with Wills, Probate and administration, Trusts, tax planning,
Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. |

Michael Pearson
Michael graduated in law at the University of East
Anglia and then studied for the Solicitors' Final Examination
at the College of Law in Chester. He was admitted as a solicitor
in 1989, and joined Hunt & Hunt in 1992. He deals with all
aspects of property work including business lease renewals and
business acquisition and disposal. He became a partner in 2004. |
